To request a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) numer please use the form below. You will need a valid RMA number to return goods to us, regardless of the reason for return. Failure to obtain a valid RMA number will result in goods being refused.

Once an RMA number has been issued you will be sent, by your chosen method, all the information relating to the return of your product. One RMA request is required per product.

When returning products please make sure that they are sufficiently packaged as to avoid any potential damage whilst in transit to us. We may refuse items that do not look packaged properly and/or void warranty terms on inadequately packaged goods. We do not accept any liability for goods being shipped to us, therefore it is your responsibility as the sender to ensure that goods are insured where appropriate.

1. By Submitting this form you agree in full to these terms and condition.
2. By Submitting this form does not mean that an RMA will be raised or Warranty accepted.
3. No goods can be returned until a valid RMA number has been issued. Goods without a valid RMA will be refused at goods in.
4. Goods will be refused if a valid RMA number is not on the outside of the shipping carton.
5. Goods arriving with visible damage to packaging maybe refused and warranty voided.
6. If the item is returned under warranty but is later found to have a voided warranty due to inappropriate use, warranty void labels removed or tampered with, transit damage and/or badly packaged, a repair charge may be applicable.
7. If no fault founds are found, an inspection charge and return carriage charge will be applicable.
8. If the unit has been "Advance Replaced" and the returned unit is found to be unreasonably damaged, marked or has no fault, a charge can be made for the advance replacement up to the retail value of the replaced goods and shipping costs. Complete failure to return the faulty unit replaced will result in the immediate billing of the replacement unit in full including all administration and shipping costs.
