Create custom workflows with a simple to use graphical interface. Imagen2 lets users take full control of their asset management system through the creation of any number of ingest and output workflows. Workflows can include e-mail notification when jobs are finished, automatically FTP files to remote locations, and the scheduling of jobs to copy across networks during down time. Imagen2's powerful workflow editor tool puts users in charge of the system.

Create mezzanine formats from high resolution master video, image and audio files. Automatic generation of formats for distribution, addition of logos and rights notices, and embedded time code and metadata data to proxy files.

Management of all digital assets within a single system. Imagen2 supports multiple media types (video, audio and imagines) and multiple formats within each medium. Imagen2 can manage all types of assets within a single database, with the ability to store multiple media items and media types in a single asset record.

Use existing databases with Imagen2. Support for widely available database management systems via ODBC means that existing MySQL, SQLServer, Oracle and other ODBC compliant databases can be used.

Integrate seamlessly with Adlib's information manage systems. Imagen2 has a native plug-in for direct integration to Adlib Information Systems archive, library and museum management software.

Exploit assets online. Distribute, administer and commercialise digital assets over the Internet with the feature rich and highly customisable ImagenWeb interface. Many of the features from the desktop Imagen2 application are available in the web interface version, including metadata updates, video edits, annotations, thumbnail overviews and more.

Imagen2 is comprehensive, flexible and has been designed to integrate with standard third party databases such as MySQL, SQLServer and Oracle, and also has in-built support for the Adlib information management system for use within museum and library installations.
