G-Technology, Inc. Announces G-RAID2 2000GB (2TB),
Newest member of the award winning family of FireWire 800 storage solutions now
sports 2TB using the world’s first 1TB hard drives
Las Vegas, NV (NAB 2007), April 16, 2007 − G-Technology, Inc. (G-Tech) today
announced G-RAID2 2000 featuring a storage capacity of 2 TB (2000 GB), a universal
triple interface (FireWire 400, FireWire 800 and USB 2.0) and the new Hitachi
Deskstar® 1 TB, 7200 RPM SATA II hard disk drives. G-RAID2 is specifically designed
to support multi-stream DV, HDV, DVCPRO HD, uncompressed SD and Apple ProRes
422 video editing workflows.
